About me and my practice
I'm Daniel Henry-Welsh, a qualified Integrative Counsellor, and an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I provide confidential 1:1 counselling for adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, anger, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, burnout or significant life changes.
I am especially passionate about supporting men's mental health, parents, people exploring interracial and intercultural relationships and identity, and individuals who have lived or professional experience within social care, justice services, or other demanding environments.
